The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but I didn't like the breakfast at all; I was expecting more than just coffee and a roll. If the listing says breakfast is included, first‑time renters expect something better, so they shouldn't advertise it that way.

This was my first time renting a room with a kitchenette and I really loved it, so I booked it again. Everything was fine for me.
