“Great beach and all inclusive stay.”

The beach was lovely, but the food isn’t great and the main lobby feels very dated.

We enjoyed a wonderful all‑inclusive stay at Palm Royale Resort and want to thank the whole team for making it memorable. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Kamal at reception greeted us with a warm smile, and Ms. Yasmeen from Guest Relations was incredibly helpful and made us feel special right away. Special thanks to Mr. Hanna and Ms. Hanan, the bread maker, and the entire dining staff for their friendliness and excellent service. I also appreciate Mr. Malak, the F&B Director, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was outstanding; his personal attention, dedication, and genuine care made a real difference, especially at the à la carte restaurants. The food variety and quality were excellent, and breakfast at the VIP Lounge was fantastic. He is truly energetic and takes care of every detail—thank you. Mr. George Alfred also deserves recognition for personally checking on us and ensuring everything met our expectations. At the beach, Mr. Mostafa, the towel attendant, made our daily visits more comfortable with his consistent help and kindness. The entertainment was wonderful, thanks to the fantastic animation team, especially Mido, whose friendly personality and positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful beach, excellent spa facilities, and relaxing massage experience. What truly sets Palm Royale apart is the genuine hospitality of its people; everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you to the entire Palm Royale team for making our stay so special. We left feeling genuinely cared for and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an excellent all‑inclusive experience!

We spent seven nights at Palm Royale Resort and felt like we never had enough time. The resort lies in huge gardens lined with palm trees, and the private beach is enormous—on the busiest days you can still find a quiet sunbed by the water. The sea at Soma Bay matches the photos: clear, calm, with the coral reef just a short swim from the jetty. With only a mask and snorkel we spotted fish of every colour a few metres from shore. Our room was spacious, cleaned meticulously every day, and offered a sunset view that alone justified the trip. The real highlight was the food. Among the à la carte spots we sampled El Tannour and the Greek taverna, both excellent, and breakfast presented a huge variety each morning without ever becoming repetitive. The staff deserve a paragraph of their own, especially Malak, the manager, who attended to our stay with attentiveness beyond professional duty: always present, always available, and able to sort anything with a smile. Moustafa, the breakfast waiter, remembered exactly how we liked our coffee from day one and greeted us each morning as if we were family. They’re the ones who turn a good holiday into a memory. Great for couples and families. We’ll definitely return.
