The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfy! I liked the idea of laminate flooring, it's so much cleaner feeling than carpet! Housekeeping was very helpful and exchanged our towels and the folks at the front desk were awesome!. The pool had black stains on the inside of the pool, and every chair was busted and unusable. My room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool, so I noticed these things when I was on the balcony smoking

The location was good, close to nice restaurants, the A/C was ice cold, and the staff were friendly. The place was in bad shape: the room was dirty, had a few roaches, smelled like cigarettes from adjacent smoking rooms even though mine was non‑smoking, housekeeping never showed up, all furniture was damaged or dirty, some lights didn’t work, the bathroom was just an open grate to the outside and stayed very hot, the door had a huge gap and looked like it had been kicked in, Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, and the plug gave the wrong room number to a few guests who knocked and apologized for the mix‑up. Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

The room’s condition was awful. We started in rm 135, but the door wouldn’t lock, so we had to switch. The next room was so dirty that I had to grab cleaning supplies from Walmart to scrub the sink and bathroom, wipe the TV and microwave, and even bring my own sheets for the beds to be comfortable. It was disgusting 🫣 The bed didn’t sit up on the platform, leaving two rails sticking out; my husband hit his shin on them while getting out and was bleeding heavily. When I reported it to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do.
