“Wonderful stay away from home.”
We loved the food, but the shower in room 207 is awful; the water pressure is high yet splashes everywhere, and the shower head clearly needs fixing.

The staff were excellent—efficient, friendly, and very helpful—while the rooms were very comfortable and came with a few nice surprises, like the rarely‑seen bathroom amenities that are now included.

It was very poor; check other hotels such as Neelkant Saravar or Holidayin in Lusaka instead, and urgent maintenance is required.

I liked the cleanliness and the hospitality that starts at the reception, but there were no other positives.

My stay had its ups and downs - the staff were incredibly helpful and I was glad to have a basic gym at my disposal. However, the menu food was a letdown, although breakfast was a highlight. I was also not impressed with the frequent corporate events, which made the hotel feel busy and chaotic. To top it off, I thought the price was steep for a Chipata hotel.
