The hotel's parking lot is ridiculously small, and they make you pay a deposit upfront to secure your booking, which they conveniently forgot to honor when it came to our room reservations. To top it off, the location is right next to a busy plaza entrance, so you can expect a lot of foot traffic.

The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach, but that's about it. The facilities are a total letdown.

The owner's personalized attention was top-notch, and the little touches in the rooms were a nice surprise, but unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. We had a group of guests who completely disregarded the rules and the owner's instructions, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to address the issue. It's clear they lack the guts to enforce their own policies. We even complained about the noise and partying going on until 4:30 am, but all we got was a dismissive shrug.

The staff were super friendly and courteous, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. The water in the shower and sink tastes slightly salty, the towels are scratchy, and to make matters worse, you have to pay for your stay upfront with no option to cancel or get a refund.

The hotel's proximity to the beach is a major plus, and the staff were friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the facilities didn't live up to the description. The air conditioning didn't work, the TV only had a few channels, and it took ages for the hot water to come on.
