The location and price were fine, but the property is deteriorating and the staff didn't fix the issues when I mentioned them.

The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious, and overall it meets expectations and offers great value for the price.

The staff are courteous, helpful, and pleasant; the hotel is comfortable, very clean, and in a great spot, with lockers, a fridge, a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and everything else you need, a comfy bed, a tidy bathroom, perfect A/C, and close to shops and the Metro—thanks 🙏, and there was nothing to complain about.
