I arrived at the scheduled time around 12:30 PM and found no Hotel Oglobal at the listed address—only a different place called Global Inn. I called OYO customer care twice; they tried to reach the hotel owner, who gave two different locations, but neither had a hotel named Oglobal. I kept calling OYO, but the owner didn’t answer, and I couldn’t reach him on his mobile either. I was stranded for almost 3 hours and had to book another hotel out of pocket. OYO later promised to refund my full amount and told me to arrange alternative accommodation myself, but I still haven’t received a refund. This caused me mental distress, wasted time, inconvenience, and extra costs. The property shouldn’t be listed if it can’t be located or the responsible person can’t be contacted. I urge OYO to investigate urgently and issue a full refund. I strongly advise travelers to verify this property carefully before booking.

Too bad experience. I just booked a room in this hotel and I contacted the hotel. The person whom I spoke to was very unprofessional.
