The room was well equipped for a boardinghouse, and there were parking spots available. The PIN for the self‑check‑in didn’t work, so I had to call for help. The beds were short, and the paint on the walls was peeling.

The room was functional and very clean, and the key‑box check‑in worked smoothly. The house’s location was a bit outside, but that was fine because friends lived nearby whom we visited. Across from the property is a lovely nature reserve with a nice beer garden that I’d recommend. The bathroom was very small, and a large construction site on the street in front of the house turned the road into a one‑way lane, forcing us to take detours. It was also quite noisy.

The location was perfect for me, and the communication was very friendly, straightforward, and efficient. The room’s furnishings felt a bit old and dusty. Cleanliness was otherwise fine, but the room still smelled like a former smoking room, overpowering any room scent. The towels had a strong detergent odor that bothered me a lot, though it wasn’t a huge deal for just one night.

Two bakeries, Rossmann, and an Italian restaurant are right nearby. The shared kitchen lets you refrigerate and cook food. The Obersee lake is a 7‑minute walk away. The shower head holder was positioned too high.

The accommodation has its own parking spaces, and the owner, Fr. Baki, is very friendly and helpful. There’s a large kitchen with two fridges and a big dining table. In room 5, however, there was no bedside table.
