Very comfortable beds. The shower was in the bathtub, making entry and exit difficult, and apart from the reception staff spoke very little or no English. When we arrived, our bathroom had not been cleaned.

The food and service were amazing, but after showering there was a really foul smell that made everything else feel a bit off.

The location is very good, especially if you’re driving, and the Metro Station Yenisahra is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a huge variety. I especially want to thank the lobby staff for always being helpful. Unfortunately, the coffee at breakfast isn’t good. I would strongly recommend the hotel purchase a good coffee machine that uses real milk and beans. Luckily, Turkish coffee was served for free upon request.

It was a comfortable and tidy hotel, and the reception team were very helpful. I was there for a one‑day business trip, they upgraded my room, helped me with printing, and even offered tea while I waited. They answered all my transport questions for a few hours of sightseeing in Istanbul and gave great assistance. It was my first stay on the Asian side, and thanks to them I had no problems at all. The breakfast was nice, though I’d suggest adding menemen to the menu ☺️.
