“Melhor hospedagem possível em Évora! Hotel fantástico, café da manhã maravilhoso. Acomodação espetacular.”
The structure is fantastic, and its location right at the entrance of the historic center is privileged.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s proximity to the town center was great, with convenient parking; however, the breakfast was only mediocre.
“I wouldn't recommend”
The location is okay – a 13‑minute walk from the attractions in Evora. The hotel has no drive‑up entrance; you must find a street parking spot and carry your luggage yourself, with no ramp access. The staff were matter‑of‑fact and not accommodating. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen, with the air conditioning unit right across from the bed, so it blew directly on us while we slept. The mattress and pillows were horrible. The bathroom was huge, but the shower was not clean and had a smell. Breakfast was basic for Europe, with no one to clear tables and no place to put used dishes. And apparently the neighbouring restaurant had a pool that guests could use for 20 € per towel or sunbed.
“Bom”
The location was convenient.
The spacious layout with a swimming pool was great, but the restaurant staff speaking English were not very good at it.
