The hotel looked very nice and clean with a great view of the Pena de Bernal. I would have given it an excellent rating, but they did not inform us that eggs and two small corn breads were extra when we ordered, even though we had breakfast included. Eggs and corn bread cost 520 pesos!

Excellent, with a spectacular view and super friendly, attentive service. They arranged transportation from the hotel to the airport for us.

The hotel feels modern and attractive, the staff are very attentive and the beds are comfortable with superb bedding, but the parking is tiny – it only fits four cars.

On the first day there was no breakfast service, so they sent us to a nice restaurant to have breakfast at the hotel’s expense; the room location caused a bit of noise from hallway traffic.
