The shower is only curtain‑enclosed, so the whole room gets wet and needs a lot of drying after use. It’s a tenement building with the smell of other people’s cooking right outside your door. The courtyard and grounds are neglected and uninviting. Despite all that, it was clean, spacious, well‑located, and met basic needs.

The place had a TV, Wi‑Fi, a fridge, and was close to town and the train station, plus parking right outside. But there was no front desk, it felt more like a cheap work‑crew room than a guesthouse, the kitchenette next to the door smelled awful, and guests were expected to clean up after themselves. Noise was a problem – you could hear everything until late at night – and the tiny bathroom flooded the floor when you showered, taking hours to dry.
