The location, the pool, the parking. The mattresses were single even though I had requested a double that the hotel had approved during booking, and they were very hard and uncomfortable despite the topper. Staff were disorganized regarding lunch; most of the time the dishes were served cold and had been prepared long before we ordered. Room cleaning happened at 2 pm or later, which was too late to return during the hotter hours. The room had a tiny bathroom. I couldn’t have dinner at the hotel despite requesting it every night of the week, and other guests who had half‑board had to give up.

The location is great, right on the beach and just a few minutes from the city centre. The large pool comes with a pool bar where you can grab snacks, drinks and lunch. There’s a private parking spot right outside the hotel. The reception was friendly and the staff were knowledgeable. The evening meal was a varied and very tasty four‑course menu.
