Everything was good: the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whirlpool was relaxing. Nothing was wrong; everything was good.

“Stay away”

The room size was decent, yet our booked room only became available after a fuss, and the kitchenette had just a few plates and two glasses while the rest of the room was empty. The gym had no air‑conditioning and no effort to fix it, garbage piled up in the hallway, the laundry on our floor was broken, keys had to be reloaded daily, breakfast was very limited, and the hotel sat between a busy highway and a military airport. The décor mixed Halloween and Thanksgiving vibes, showing a complete lack of care for guests, as did everything else. Never again. A waste of hard‑earned money. It was dreary, sad, and the staff didn’t care.

The indoor pool was nice, but the carpet in our room was torn and frayed.
