The location is excellent, with easy walking access to the subway and a bus stop right in front for convenient city travel. The area feels very safe. The staff is great and the premises are very clean. However, like other APA hotels, the rooms and bathrooms are small. The breakfast could be better; while I understand being in Japan, the options were heavily geared toward local tastes. Also, breakfast service was only available for 2.5 hours, and despite the hotel having two small restaurants, there were queues at both due to full capacity.
