The property sits right in the city centre, close to the Railway station. However, the air conditioning didn’t work, room‑service tea and coffee weren’t available before 7.30 am, the room lacked a tea kettle and accessories, and the restaurant’s food options were limited.

When we first stepped onto the street, we thought Valsad was dirty, but once inside the city it was clean – only the hotel’s street was grimy, with gutters overflowing and piles of garbage. Next time we won’t be willing to pay 4200 ₹ per day for a stay on such a dirty street. Nothing else matched the cost of the single day.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had some potential for improvement. The cleanliness of the hotel was a bit of a letdown, but I'm hoping they'll work on that in the future. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made up for some of the issues I encountered.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, the food at the hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. The rooms were a highlight of my stay, but the dining experience was a bit of a disappointment.

The hotel's proximity to the Valsad Railway station was a major plus for me, but unfortunately, the bathroom in my room was in a deplorable state. The bedsheets also seemed to have been used before, which was a major turnoff. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was a definite advantage.
