The spot was gorgeous in the heart of the Minervois, and the spacious room was in an old house right in the village center. I was disappointed by the breakfast: the bread wasn’t fresh and wasn’t toasted.

I loved the vibe of the place and Dame Anne‑Sophie’s friendliness, the living environment, and the old stones that seem to speak; I really enjoyed the interior décor at sunrise and the terrace breakfast that looked like a Georges Hamilton photo, not to mention the fresh local products on the table. The only issue, unrelated to the accommodation itself, was that a small sign indicating the parking would have been helpful.
