The spot is convenient for those driving in and for getting to Pisa’s center. The property falls short of expectations: there is barely a wardrobe in the room, the double bed is made from two single beds and is not compact, the shower is inadequate (you have to wash your hats), and the windows are old. The price for the night does not justify the facilities and services.

The location is great for exploring the city: the hotel is easy to reach and just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and parking is available right nearby. However, the building feels dated and would benefit from a major overhaul. The ceiling is peeling, the lighting is minimal, and the bed was missing sheets—there was only a duvet that doubled as a blanket (this has been reported by others). The pillows are old and barely padded. The bathroom is extremely small, with no wall hook for towels, no bidet, and no mat outside the shower; the shower only has a high‑placed siphon. Communication with staff is limited to WhatsApp messages only.

The location is definitely the highlight, just a few steps from the center with a supermarket on the opposite side of the street and several free parking spots nearby. Something needs to be updated, starting with the electrical system. Unfortunately, my room lacked sheets on the bed and had dust on the nightstands and floor. The bathroom was well maintained and equipped, and the kitchen was also good, though I didn’t use it.

Me gustó todo. La ubicación es excelente puedes ir caminando hacia los monumentos y esta a 15 minutos de la estación Pisa Centrale. La habitación Viola es grande y super comoda con baño en suite así que fue genial. La indicaciones para encontrar el lugar fueron claras y precisas. La comunicación fue siempre fluida y rápida
