I was really disappointed to see cockroaches during my stay, which made me think that the cleanliness could use some work. On the other hand, my room was tidy and the furniture had been repaired, which was a plus.

The staff is very rude , they don't give simple respect to customers ,when we ask any queries actually when i went to hotel they have denied to take the check-in and demanded for more money when i am asking them to talk with the on call support / sent an email reply also they are denying . I have waited seriously 2 hrs in the reception before they accepted after help from Oyo Support . on call support has only non-indian custom support which is also not valid and proper , I need to call oyo Support to resolve the issue please re-confirm with Hotel on Pricing before confirming with customer
