The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location suited me perfectly—close enough to the train station, Coral Island, and the town centre. It stayed quiet at night, which I liked. The price was good, and my room was great. A few minor issues: the toilet tank lid was cracked and leaked a little water, and the shower door looked slightly damaged, but neither bothered me and I’d stay here again.

Graham was great, very helpful and chatty and funny. The rooms were lovely, clean and the beds really soft. Graham’s breakfast was plenty, did need to eat for the rest of the day. There’s nothing to not like, everything just great.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, it was very easy‑going and chilled. The hotel manager was extremely friendly and made it feel like a home from home. I looked forward to the following days breakfast as soon as I finished eating 🤣 Next time I visit Blackpool I’ll definitely be booking here again 🤍

A friendly welcome, a clean and comfortable room and great value for money. In a great location with easy access to town, Tower Seafront, trams and buses. Exceptional value for the price.
