“L'amabilité et l'attention du personne a cependant compensé la qualité perfectible de l'hébergement.”
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rafik the Moroccan waiter who speaks good French and is very kind, as well as the very amiable and accommodating owner. Even though the hotel sits on the national road, it isn’t too noisy, the mountain view is gorgeous, and the nearby river and small beach are very nice. When I arrived, the room didn’t meet my expectations: it was very small and the window wouldn’t close, so I worried someone could climb in. The owner let me switch to a larger, better‑furnished room, but the air‑conditioning was broken and it was hot, plus there were no curtains, so it felt impersonal. After a third move, I finally got a spacious, pleasant room with working AC and curtains plus blinds. Breakfast was a bit thin: only a drink and a toasted bread with tomato bits and smoked ham, no buffet. For 70 € per night, you could do better.
