The room was terrible: the window was a small crack, the pictures didn’t match at all, the air‑conditioner was a thousand years old and didn’t work, and the entrance was so chaotic that I left in a rush; I didn’t even look at the reviews before booking, and they didn’t refund me for the booking even though I spent only 2 minutes in the room.
