The breakfast was good, but the low rating comes from the digital check‑in failing, forcing me to pay twice to get checked in, and I had to wait for staff on site to issue a refund. The same issue happened at checkout, and I also received an invoice by email. 😖

Breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to the city center and attractions. It was hard to turn on the TV in the room, and it was also difficult to set the thermostat for heat. At night, the street outside was noisy with shouting, screaming, and cars playing loud music.
