The bathtub didn’t have hot water and the tub was covered in hair, while the bed sheets also had hair and stains.

The room was large and the bathroom looked brand‑new and clean. I checked in at the standard 15:00 from the booking site, but the front desk told me “We only start at 18:00, so there’s an extra charge.” After showing my reservation and noting that other hotels in the same chain let me check in at 15:00, they reluctantly allowed it this time but warned that future arrivals must be after 18:00. The hotel should fix its system or the booking information quickly. Also, the slippers were cheap and the paper was so thin it tore easily, which was very inconvenient.
