We had a fantastic stay at this place, with a pool, gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the lake, billiards, foosball, darts, a game console, a gazebo with a fire pit, and a fire spot. We could also use a water scooter, a boat, or a SUP. The owners were very kind and we had bikes available; the lake area has a lovely bike trail with a beach, water‑sport centers, a pier, and a viewing tower. Across the lake, the town of Ełk offered a promenade, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. Daily shopping was easy, and the trip from our home took just about 5 minutes. The town itself was well kept and clean. During the summer, there were festivals, concerts, and cabaret shows. It was a great base for trips to nearby Masurian towns like Giżycko, Mikołajki, and Augustów, and even bad weather didn't put us to rest. The apartment we stayed in had all the comforts, and everything was clean and orderly. My son could fish directly from the dock on the property. The owners were very friendly, and the lady at the front desk was also very helpful. All of this made our holiday wonderful in a truly charming corner of Masuria; we will definitely return. We highly recommend it without hesitation!

I enjoyed the pool, water bike, jacuzzi, and the room we stayed in. The owner and a cleaning lady were very helpful and sweet. The gym was good, and the game room had billiards for rainy days. The Xbox didn't work for me, some discs were scratched, but we didn't come for that anyway. I wish we had a washing machine and a dryer, as we like to have them with a little kid, but it wasn't promised in the room. The owner was very helpful and washed our clothes separately for us. We are grateful.

I highly recommend this place! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The property has everything you need for a great vacation – a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, fire pit, a beautiful lake, and plenty of green space. You can use a boat, catamaran, and bikes, and you can fish on the lake. We really enjoyed the game room – you could play billiards, darts, foosball, and relax on comfy sofas. It's a great spot for relaxation or spending time with family or friends. The owner is very nice, friendly, and always happy to help when we need something. The person who cleaned and helped us every morning was also very helpful and kind. The whole stay had a really great atmosphere. The area is beautiful, and there's a convenient parking spot. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely want to return again!

We didn't expect such a great stay. The location was perfect – close to town but still peaceful. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, water scooters, and many other attractions were abundant. We couldn't enjoy everything in just two days. The owners and Mrs. Wiola were very open and helpful, making us feel at home. It's an ideal place, so we will definitely come back and recommend it to others! There were no drawbacks.
