The facilities were amazing and the entire staff were attentive, but there was one issue: the hotel allows artisanal vendors inside its premises who are persistent and scamming; we had a very bad experience with them.

Mar calmo, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, personal amable. Que escribí por lo menos 10 mails con meses de anticipación para pedir habitaciones cercanas a la playa, en primer piso porque íbamos 2 adultos mayores con movilidad reducida y 2 niñas pequeñas. Solo me contestaron 1 vez que registraron mi pedido y harían lo posible por satisfacerla. Al llegar nada de eso sucedió: estábamos en el bloque más lejano a la playa, lad 3 habitaciones en diferentes bloques y 2 de ellas en segundo piso. Lo único que nos ofrecieron fue cambiarnos otro día pero eso era muy incómodo para nosotros una vez ya instalados. Fue lo único decepcionante

I enjoyed the variety of dishes at the Italian and French restaurants, and the world café offered a decent breakfast selection; the towel service was prompt and the front desk staff kept the beach area clean. The pool bar water was pleasant, but the activities staff only scored a 6/10 and seemed reluctant to help. I had a good evening show, yet I suffered food poisoning twice and a medical device was stolen from my room, and management has still not responded.

The place was excellent, very new and clean. The food was superb and the staff were very attentive. The internet was weak, with generally poor connectivity.
