The night clerk went above and beyond, showing genuine kindness and friendliness that epitomized hospitality; the room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was a big plus before heading to Busch Gardens. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a white‑noise machine to the room.

“Great place to stay for a few days, whether buisness or pleasure”

We love the location and the cleanliness of the place. Parking is tight but manageable. Most staff don’t speak English, which is understandable, but the young English‑speaking staff seemed indifferent. When a guest asked for a local breakfast spot they suggested Cracker Barrel, which isn’t a good recommendation, and when I offered to bring yogurt from home they didn’t appreciate it. We love the place, but the workers should care more about their job.
