Very clean! Small, tidy apartments with a private balcony. One minute’s walk from Svetitskhoveli, one minute from chain stores. There is road noise, but that’s not the hosts’ fault – I closed the windows and slept. The private entrance and balcony (with cute movie‑style sketches – I even sat and wondered where they came from) are great. The location, price, and especially the cleanliness are top. The curtains are great, so a “night lamp” is needed.

Excellent facilities, great value for money, and there is a veranda and air‑conditioning. The only downside is that it’s right on the main road and was unexpectedly loud at night.

The host was in touch and helpful. The place is noisy because the windows face the road, and the towels and bed linens are old.
