The room offered was underground with no window, the window faced a wall underground; after we declined it, they swapped it for a floor‑level room with the same window and added $10 per night. Very bad experience. The room location was the issue.

Everything was perfect, and I even received a complimentary upgrade to a better room. The location was excellent, but most of all, the staff and the apartment owners showed outstanding care and attention. Thank you again for a wonderful stay; I highly recommend this place! There was nothing I didn't like.
