“また泊まりたいホテルです”

The staff were truly kind and helped me warmly several times during my stay. I was very pleased that they always treated me with care and courtesy. The mountain view from the room is wonderful – waking up to beautiful peaks and ending the day listening to the sound of the valley was a real joy. I was a bit nervous traveling alone, but the staff made me feel safe. The time I spent at this hotel is a memorable highlight of my trip. Thank you very much. If I visit Vengen again, I will definitely return.

“It was a very nice, convenient place to stay. The manager was just llovy, smiley and took the time to enjoy conversation”

The location is great, the room with balcony is lovely, and the staff are nice. The only issue was that it was a bit annoying when people from other floors were coming down the stairs to use our floor’s toilet.
