The restaurant on the floor below was nice. However, the staff communication was poor, the room was left open for anyone to enter, and the shower was ruined with a strong odor.

I booked a room and an apartment, but only the apartment was in decent shape. The reviews that made me book were great but dated 2024, probably from just after a renovation. The front page claimed breakfast was available, but you can’t actually eat breakfast on the premises. The entry code didn’t work, so I had to get a new one. When I emailed the host about the breakfast issue, they didn’t reply until I sent several follow‑ups. The biggest problem was the maintenance: I stayed in room 7 and the shower smelled like sewage, the chrome fittings were all rusted, the sink faucet wasn’t fixed and barely opens, and the shower head support was broken. Overall, the service and location make the price feel completely excessive. The only hygienic perk was the common area where you can make coffee in ceramic cups that you wash yourself without detergent—something even a hostel doesn’t offer. The last issue was that the room had to be vacated by 11 am; we left at 8 am for breakfast and returned at 9 am to find the cleaning crew already inside.

The suite was very comfortable, the staff were always ready to help, and the value for money was excellent. The only drawback was that the TV channel search didn’t work, but at least there was YouTube.

The building is new and the rooms are very pretty. Contact with the staff was good even though check‑in was self‑service. Cleaning could use a bit more attention: cobwebs were clearly visible in the apartment, and in one room the shower was full of bedbugs. The property is in the countryside, so a proper inspection before guests arrive would be advisable.

All rooms were clean, toiletries were provided, check‑in and check‑out were contactless, and there was parking available at the property.
