The surroundings of the hotel are excellent, and the staff as well as other employees are friendly and helpful. The front desk and the line‑up service are available 24/7, and they always try to meet any request a guest may have. Even the restaurant chef can prepare any dish you ask for, and I tried the Thai food, which turned out to be the highlight of the stay.

I liked that the hotel felt really secure, but that's about where the positives end. The rooms aren't very soundproof, so I could hear traffic noise all night, and it's right by a busy road, which wasn't great.
