I was really disappointed with this place. It's not even a hotel, let alone a suitable one for foreign guests. The staff seemed untrustworthy and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the noise from the street and the neighboring bars made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late, but the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It was small and basic, but at least it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it's a decent option if you're not looking for anything too fancy, but don't expect to get a great night's sleep.
