ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS HOTEL. This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I paid a high price for this room, and when I arrived, it felt more like walking into an abandoned room than a place that was supposed to welcome paying guests. The cleanliness was shocking: hair on the floor, dirty bedding, cigarette burns on the bed, and old, poorly maintained furniture. The Wi‑Fi did not even work. There was also an extremely strong air freshener stuck to the wall, apparently to cover up the smell, but it was so overpowering that it was difficult to breathe comfortably in the room. And the worst part: I found a cigarette left on the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. At that point, this is no longer just poor housekeeping—the hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was constant noise from the street and the overall condition of the room was extremely outdated and run‑down. Given the situation, I immediately asked for a refund. The hotel refused, even though I could not reasonably stay and sleep in these conditions. I therefore had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel out of my own pocket. I am attaching photos because they show the reality of the room better than words ever could. Charging guests this price for a room in this condition and then refusing any refund is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Do not rely only on the booking photos—the my actual experience was appalling. Stay away.
