The staff helped me with a booking problem, but the lamp on the wall was about to fall, the 110 v outlets barely held a plug, and the shower lacked caulking while the trim was peeling off.

“While the staff was incredibly accommodating and polite, the bed was old and so lumpy/soft we couldn’t sleep. We hur”

The place was modern and clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating, yet there was no free coffee or breakfast like at Courtyards, and the bed had a huge “hole” in the center that made us ache in the morning, so we had a hard time sleeping and kept rolling toward each other.

“Great room, staff, parking, food was ho-hum.”

We left too early to catch breakfast. The dinner wasn’t great; the staff were friendly but the food could use improvement. The salad was dull—mostly lettuce—and the other dishes were bland and seemed pre‑packaged.

“Too expensive for amenities offered”

I chose a shower that had no tub, but the room actually had a tub, so I couldn’t shower because of my disability. There was only one trash can for the entire place. The rest of the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

“A close location to the national park”

They claim there’s a pool, but you have to go to the other hotel to use it, and the staff didn’t tell me. This is the first hotel in a long time that didn’t offer breakfast. The shower wasn’t cleaned, and they didn’t provide basic amenities like soap or enough towels.
