“BIEN, PERO PUEDE MEJORAR”
The service was very good; receptionists Andrea and Margot were very friendly and helpful, the front desk operated 24 hours, and the price during Carnival was very reasonable. The room was spacious with good lighting and ventilation, featured a large comfortable bed, and there was no street noise, so I slept very well. Daily housekeeping was provided and hot water was available. Towels, paper, and soap were supplied. Security inside the hotel was excellent, with cameras. The Wi‑Fi, TV, and private bathroom were all present. On the downside, the hotel’s facilities could use improvement: the bathrooms vented toward the corridor, the shower had no threshold and water leaked out of the bathroom, corridor light leaked over the door, and the room paint was worn. I would recommend the place to bold travelers, because the hotel sits next to the terminal and market square, where there is a lot of street vending, homeless people, and nearby tolerance zones.
