They were there for us and sorted everything out. The only snag was that we were contacted a second time, which made us feel uneasy. The hotel is no longer open!

Because the Schlosshotel Rheinsberg was completely shut and we had received no prior information, we spent a few very uncomfortable hours there until we found alternative accommodation. After contacting them, we were told that all bookings at the Schlosshotel had actually been cancelled, but ours had not. Our self‑researched alternative hotel was also mentioned as an option, and the pre‑paid travel cost has since been refunded. Thanks for the quick response.

“Das junge Paar hatte keinen Aufenthalt, da das Hotel nicht zur Verfügung stand.”

There was no breakfast because the hotel was closed due to an alleged water damage. The travelers received no information. On the arrival day, the travelers (Carl‑Friedrich Schulze, Hannah Klein) were standing in front of a closed door after a 3‑hour drive. The Easter holiday and the well‑earned free and relaxing days were completely ruined. Timely information could have prevented the situation described above.
