The balcony offered a beautiful view, the staff were amazing, breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They put too much food for breakfast.

The location was wonderful, very close to the castle and the tourist trail. The panoramic views were stunning. Mr. Kamal and his wife were the most welcoming team and made my stay totally fabulous. Some technical issues with the bathroom equipment—there was a small hygienic shower that needed fixing.

The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting Ajloun Castle, just a 5‑minute drive from the visitor centre. When the weather allows, you can eat the good meals offered by the hotel on the outdoor terrace, enjoying a beautiful view that includes the castle, town, and valley.

The hotel is quite clean and seemed to be newly renovated. The rooms have a good size. With some extra charge, you get an upgrade. The hotel offers in-house meals, even during ramadan. The manager is very friendly and forthcoming. You have like a 10 minute ride to ajloun castle and 35 minute ride to jerash, if you have your own car. The hotel is very empty. We seemed to have been the only guests. The hotel menu could still be ordered in full but took over 1 hour to arrive. This shows in the service generally. Breakfast was possible from 0730-1100. We came down at 0745 and the cook was still sleeping in the dining hall and we had to wake him up. The breakfast quality was accordingly. The second morning the manager prepared everything and the quality was way better. For us, there would have been no shame if a reduced service would have been offered (like limited menu or asking, at what time the breakfast should be prepared)

We had a fantastic stay at Aljabal Castle Hotel. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This time of year the area is wonderfully quiet, making it a perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The scenery is breathtaking, with lush greenery and beautiful wildflowers everywhere. It’s also an excellent base for day trips around the region. The breakfast is delicious and traditional, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and we loved the views of the castle right from our room. A peaceful, charming place that we would highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy Jordan’s natural beauty. Nothing
