I booked the hotel as I was about to arrive, called to confirm rooms and was told it had already been cancelled and that I would have to pay an extra 1500 to get a room – the worst behaviour. I never received any notification that the room was cancelled.

After we arrived, the hotel told us it was full.

The location suited my needs, but there was no towel, no clean bed sheet, and I didn’t receive a money receipt even when I asked for it. Later, I was emailed a report from the hotel saying they had told them I didn’t show up – a “no show”. Shame on them.

I booked an AC room but was handed a non‑AC one, and the room stayed stuffy and scorching all night.
