The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning was not good enough, especially the beds—we found bugs in the bedding and they bit my daughter. The humidity in the room was very strong. Breakfast was not really a breakfast.

I appreciate the friendliness and the helpful staff. The carpet was nasty and smelly, the walls and doors had unprofessional patchwork that showed where holes were. The price was outrageous for the quality one would expect. There were many other issues as well.
