The hotel exceeded our expectations. A modern hotel with beautiful room design. The bathroom was very luxurious. Great location—a 6-minute walk from the Zermatt train station and just a 1-minute walk from the Sunnegga funicular station. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the train station. There is an excellent bakery right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind and courteous. A wonderful experience

The downstairs cocktail bar was great, the Matterhorn view was amazing, the beds comfy, and the shower was unbelievably good. I wish they had fans; with few air‑conditioning options in Zermatt, a fan would have helped circulate air on the top floor when temperatures were 22 °F above average. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Excellent property. Great staff and amenities. Excellent restaurant. Quality stay. A little loud being by a main thoroughfare but think most of it was because of construction which couldn’t be helped
