Inside the place looks nice with a Pool Bar, but the elevators aren’t working, general maintenance is lacking, a deposit is held, and the clock shows check‑out at 11 am.

Novi isn’t walkable, yet the hotel sits in a convenient spot with plenty to do; the pillows were comfortable and the room was acceptable, but there was a strong chlorine smell in the lobby, the thermostat only goes down to 72, and it felt empty and in need of repairs.

The staff were very nice, and the super was great; breakfast was fine. The beds and pillows were excellent. The AC didn’t work well at first, even after maintenance, but it improved.
