We were very satisfied with our stay; the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the outdoor terrace seating was very pleasant. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered a decent selection of dishes. The location is excellent, a short walk from the ZOO and Bojnický Castle. I definitely recommend Hotel Lipa.

The owner and staff were exceptional, helping with every request and kindly guiding us when needed. The breakfast area was spacious and the food great. The location was ideal for exploring the town, and the room and amenities were clean. Coffee beans in the breakfast machine were a bit stale, resulting in poor cups. Parking is a little hidden, so you can easily miss the spot where you need to turn into the private area through a narrow alley.

The staff were very pleasant, and I have no complaints. We were on a family outing with kids, and the hotel sits on the square, which is very convenient. Everything was close by.

The location was great and the staff were super. The terrace had a nice vibe and a good program. However, fresh bread was missing at breakfast every day, and we found a bottle and used napkins under the bed from previous guests.
