“Wyjątkowy pobyt w Aquas Calientas ❤️”
The staff were very pleasant. The location is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The boutique sells Peruvian products. I strongly recommend it!

The location was perfect for getting tickets to Machu Picchu, just around the corner—about 60 feet. I also liked the breakfast. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The shower’s hot water tap dripped until I realized you had to push it when you turned it off. The bathroom was narrow; a tall person might hit their head on the wall when sitting on the toilet.

The location is near the train station and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was very weak, the hotel looks dirty throughout, although the room was clean. My son fell ill and when we requested a late check‑out of two hours we were charged almost the full daily rate.

I was close to the ticket office and the train station, and the room was big enough. A window facing the corridor instead of the outside actually helped keep the noise down. There’s no elevator, so I had to climb to the fourth floor, but that’s normal in Aguas Calientes. The room was plain and it took a few minutes to get hot water. The staff didn’t speak English very well, and sometimes you could hear noise from the main square, though it was quiet at night.

The hotel staff met me at the train station and guided me to the room, making the arrival easy. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and when I had to leave at 5 am to head to Machu Picchu, they even prepared a packed lunch for that time.
