How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The setting is great, the house has been well renovated, and the views are beautiful. However, the house was not clean, and the toilets were clogged. Guest Ready took 48 h to fix the situation, meaning no toilets for 48 h – imagine the problem – and we had to do the cleaning again.

The view and the location are great! The facilities are good. We didn’t realize we had to walk 300 m to the house via a narrow path. It wasn’t a big deal, but it should have been mentioned, especially for older people. The way to the house is pretty nice, as you walk along a water channel.

A very nice newly renovated house along one of the levadas. Unfortunately we were probably the first guests after winter, so at first the house was cold and humid with some spider inhabitants inside, but that wasn’t a problem for us because we heated it quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the terrace and windows was amazing. We weren’t lucky enough to see a clear sunrise, but it was definitely visible from this spot. Just a heads‑up: if you haven’t practiced driving in the Alps, getting there by car might be stressful – steep uphill and narrow streets with cars parked side‑by‑side.

The location was great, but the living area could have been a bit more lively.
