No stay at all, so nothing to review. The experience was terrible: when we arrived at check‑in time, the property was fully closed with no host or anyone present. We tried to contact them and received no response, leaving us without access to the paid accommodation and completely unsupported. Our children had to sleep at the event site on sofa‑beds and floor mattresses, and we incurred extra costs for pillows and blankets. My husband and I had to book another hotel, an extremely irresponsible and disappointing situation.
