The structure is welcoming, as are the people. The pool is available and clean. The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The building should have a secondary entrance for the rooms.

The owners are very kind and open, gladly talk to guests and explain the rules. The house is beautifully furnished with character and soul, the room is clean and air‑conditioned. The bed is comfortable and at night there is silence and peace. Breakfast is between 8 and 10 in the kitchen while chatting with the owner about her travels and enjoying good coffee. The pool is gorgeous and the garden is charming. It’s close to the bus stop and a short distance to nearby towns and the airport (by bus or taxi). Staying here turned out to be a very good choice; you can feel like you’re at a grandparents’ holiday home from childhood. Getting there from the main street with a suitcase is a bit heavy.

We intentionally booked this place and it felt like a resort in some ways and like staying with extended family in others. We never had to ask for anything and the experience was something corporate hotels just can’t match. The hosts shared breakfast with us and other guests every morning, especially their olives and preserves were a highlight. In the evenings they welcomed us for coffee or tea and swapped stories about the island and gave us recommendations for the next day; they were generous and very accommodating throughout our stay. The limestone farmhouse sits behind a lush garden that surrounds an in‑ground pool and a shaded outdoor dining area, and every room from the kitchen to the hallways is furnished with authentic decor and antiques. The view over the olive grove made for lovely sunrises. We chose the private bath room, which was tastefully furnished, simple, well suited to our needs, and very clean. Bus stops at Paci and Peace Lab are within a 5‑minute walk, and those lines connect to many places, including the nearby airport hub that links quickly to all routes. Meeting the family who built and preserved this beautiful home was a pleasure, and we’re grateful to have stayed in the house where they’ve lived for so long. We plan to return soon. Honestly, I rarely give low ratings to avoid hurting anyone, but in this case I want to be fair to people who are planning to stay here. The place is simply VERY WEIRD. The owners are an older couple. The man is ill but friendly, and the woman is simply unbearable. She kept asking us what we were doing, where we were going, why I had flakes under my eyes, and when we were leaving. I felt like I was a child again, having to explain every move. I constantly felt watched. To get to the room you have to go through a kitchen where the woman is always present and can’t let you get to the room calmly. First she told my husband not to make his own coffee because she had the machine, and the next day “I let you make one coffee, not eight!” (my husband doesn’t drink eight coffees 😆). The property is outdated, which creates a very unpleasant smell, towels smell of damp, and it’s very dim. Additionally, on Saturday a tour of over 20 people came for the pool, and we had booked the place to enjoy some quiet. It would have been nice if we were at least informed… The tour sat by the pool all day, we had to move our stuff from the fridge because everything was arranged for them. Breakfast was simple and unfortunately I found two hairs in the ham twice, so I couldn’t bring myself to eat. I had a trauma here…

Beautiful garden, good location. We had no privacy or peace during our stay. The landlady’s bedroom is right next to the entrance door, and her door is always open. Because of this, she complained one morning that she hears people coming and going in the evening (even though that is a completely normal part of her business). There is also no breakfast room, instead, you eat with her and her husband, sometimes her son or the maid that folds socks right at the breakfast table… they sit there the entire time and meanwhile, she does not stop talking, failing to realize that some people just want peace and quiet in the morning. Breakfast consists of one type of bread, ham, cheese, a little tomato, and cereal. While that is fine, I do not understand why everyone on Booking commented that the breakfast was excellent and praised it so much—I had much higher expectations because of those reviews… The landlady kept questioning me every morning about why I didn’t want to eat when I just wanted to drink my coffee in peace. She even yelled after me once as I was walking to my room: “Is that your breakfast, is that all?” as if I were a little child. The towels smelled like vinegar and wet cats, so by the second day, we couldn’t stand the smell anymore and asked for new ones. For all people with a rental car: Please note that the road leading to the property is overgrown with bushes and consists of rough cobblestone, which may cause damage to standard vehicles. For one entire day, they celebrated her grandson’s birthday in the yard, the whole family gathered and swam in the pool that is supposed to be for guests… All in all, you will not find peace and privacy here. Breakfast is just a basic sandwich, the rooms are old and nothing special, the house is really beautiful but be real – you won’t use it, you will use only your room… For this amount of money, you can definitely find something way, way better
