The access was good.

“まぁ良かった”
I liked being able to watch a variety of channels on the TV, the room felt nicely lit, and the breakfast options were a plus, but it was a shame that the curtains on the ground floor couldn’t be opened.
“福江島は素晴らしい”
The convenience of having a Lawson nearby and a parking lot just a short walk away was nice, and almost every staff member was wonderful except for one young male employee with glasses who acted condescendingly, which was disappointing—perhaps he’s still reacting to a difficult guest from before. I wish the team could stay approachable and let guests feel comfortable speaking up. On the downside, the ashtray in the smoking room filled up quickly and never seemed to be emptied to match the number of guests, the TVs still lack Amazon Fire TV which many other hotels already provide, the chair cushions were so thin that my tailbone hurt and I had to improvise with a pillow, and during a multi‑night stay the cleaning crew entered my room without any prior notice, which caught me off guard.
“部屋の温度調整をお願いします”
The staff treated me very politely, but the climate control was useless—the room sat at 27.8 °C and felt sweltering. When I entered, the system was off and it turned out the air wasn’t a separate unit but a ceiling‑mounted type, making it unbearable in summer (it might be tolerable in winter). The photo was taken after a while.
