“They have their own rules and the site maybe offer offer amenities and once you complain the owner”

It was good, but the food wasn’t served in the hotel; you have to walk a few blocks. It didn’t meet my expectations; I paid for a standard double bed and the site said parking was included, but that didn’t happen. They charged me $20 for parking and only gave me one bed. The site should be more accurate; otherwise, once you get to the place they give you what they have and they treat you to cancel the reservation. It was a really bad experience.
