How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel refused to provide a VAT receipt even after a written request before and after the stay. The staff smoked, and the smoke drifted into our corridor. The continental breakfast was terrible, containing almost nothing but sugar, white bread, coffee, and black tea.

Our holiday at the hotel was fantastic. When we arrived, the General Manager greeted us and informed us we were being upgraded to a better room. The room was truly fantastic—spacious, tidy, and with a wonderful view. The staff were very pleasant, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the sea. I want to thank the General Manager, George Veltsidis, for making our vacation even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were excellent, ready to meet any need with a smile and courtesy. The location is spectacular on the hill, offering a stunning view where you can even see Turkey nearby. The buffet is incredibly varied and abundant, the food is excellent, and there are many local specialties. Musical evenings, quizzes, pool entertainment, and a fantastic sky bar. There’s also a spa, gym, a shop, and two restaurants. Parking is spacious, and Kos Town is reachable in less than 10 minutes. Truly an excellent base for exploring Kos and the archipelago. Helpful and courteous staff and service—everything could always be sorted. Too few umbrellas by the pool, loungers are worn out, and the free beach cannot be used.

The staff are amazing, the hotel offers excellent value for money with fabulous views in an excellent location. The food is great, always very fresh with plenty of choices. I would highly recommend it for a great stay.
